On-Call Receptionist
OMG OBC is looking for an on-call receptionist to report to the Center Manager. The receptionist performs a wide variety of administrative tasks requiring mature judgment, confidentiality, professionalism and initiative. The ideal candidate must have experience in customer service from an office, banking, or retail environment. Requirements include: proficiency in MS Office products, good speaking voice and vocabulary, pleasant personality, ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with a wide variety of clients, ability to shift rapidly between numerous duties, and ability to work quickly and accurately on tasks requiring strong attention to detail. Must be dressed and groomed as a professional to include a suit jacket. Must thrive in a rapidly changing environment and work well under pressure. Occasional early or late work hours may be required.

Part-time Administrative Assistant
OMG OBC is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to report to the Center Manager. The receptionist performs a wide variety of administrative tasks requiring mature judgment, confidentiality, professionalism and initiative. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, secretarial, and customer service support for OMG OBC and client activities, programs, products, services, projects, and event. Must have the ability to shift rapidly between numerous duties and work quickly and accurately on tasks requiring strong attention to detail. Must possess good time management, communications, computer, and planning skills. Must be dressed and groomed as a professional including a suit jacket. Must thrive in a rapidly changing environment and work well under pressure. Occasional early or late work hours may be required.
